Spring fashions and trends

Birds are a huge trend from swans, to peacocks and geese birds are definetly the animal of the season. The palette is pastels and crop tops are the trend. Its so funny cause the biggest color trend a few weeks ago was bold bright neon colors and now it's soft mellow pastels. Lace is also a cute trend and so is boho chic. I know this is toltally off topic but my BFF Fern wants to do a blog of her own but she doesn't know what she wants to do it about so I was wondering if you guys could maybe share your thoughts on what she should do her blog about I mean she really needs some inspiration. Yours truly, Jade

shabby chic and how to make it work for you

shabby chic is a GREAT trend but some people tend to do a lot of shabby  and almost no chic. to prevent that from happening try colors that say shabby AND chic like, dirty white for instance it has just enough shabby and just enough chic. a lot of people get shabby chic confused with thrifty chic in truth they are a lot alike one of the biggest differences is that shabby chic is french! it's not thrifty at all. its more french. there's more lace to shabby chic then thrifty chic. the hardest part of shabby chic is making it work for you. there are several different variations of shabby chic we would go with the one you know best. for those people who cant make shabby chic work we'd go with the bohemian look. best wishes, Jade and Fern
